- Check out ftp.gmd.de, in the if-archive directory, you'll find lots of
- stuff for Infocom games. The two main interperters for the Amiga are ITF
- and Frotz. I prefer ITF since Frotz has no stdio compatability :(
- (needed for shell use). These programs don't convert the games, all the
- Infocom (and Inform games) use the exact same format on all machines.
- The interperters just work as a player/viewer for your computer the same
- way as the orignal Infocom interperter suplied by Infocom did. They play
- almost all the Infocom games, the only ones not suported at the moment
- are "version 6" games. Only about 4 version 6 games were ever relesed
- though so that's no prob. You can use the Lost treasures CD with the
- interperters, no prob.
